Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t currently offer enrollment pauses. However, we’d love to welcome your family back whenever you’re ready to return.

During Year-Round Programming, your child will remain enrolled in a class and monthly billing will continue until you indicate you want to cancel enrollment or the school year concludes. We require a 30-day written notice to discontinue enrollment with submission of our CANCELATION FORM. After we receive your cancellation form, we will send an email confirming your student’s drop date.

For all Intensive Sessions (Winter, Spring, School Year JumpStart and Summer), Nashville Swim Academy requires 7-day’s advance notice of the start date of that given session to make a change in enrollment. Changes in enrollment are only an option if we have a waitlist for that slot and can fill the slot with another swimmer.
